Cooking during the Summer of Covid

We decided to go Vegan which was a new experience for me. Turns out I like it very well. Issue is that every meal turns out to be a variation of Asian stir fry.... I got some good use out of my new blender as I tried to learn how to make vegan baked goods, but they were all a disaster.
The lines to get into Sainsbury's made the biggest impression on me. Also I remember Amazon deliveries each day, trying to stock up (but not hoard), enough TP, sanitizer, flour, rice, pasta, canned goods. The empty shelves in the supermarkets were scary. I didn't see eggs from March until the end of June in the store. Flour finally started to appear in June.
Scary times.
