Down into the Catacombs

St Paul's catacombs were really great. We went here on February 21, 2021 on the way to the Gozo Ferry and this is the first time I've been in a catacomb. They are historical, not only because of when people were buried there, but also because people sheltered here during the Second World War. People were buried here from the 3rd to the 8th century CE. They are located near the ancient Roman city of Melita which we didn't have time to see - a reason to return:)
