May 12 and I decided to try to get a facial at one of the hotels or the place suggested by the hotel. There was no availability, so I ended up at "Hot Stone" which was frightfully expensive and they used a lot of machines. It's always interesting to see the local procedures for these services, so I did enjoy myself. Uber to get there and return was no issue and it was really nice to get out of the hotel. Later in the day we met Faris and his wife for dinner in Susuhail, a wonderful place for Arabic food. We tried all the local dishes and it's amazing how many dishes are similar across countries and cultures. For example, there was something very similar to the Nepali Momo or chinese dumplings. For desert there was a cantaloup on dry ice with something similar to creme brulee inside - it was wonderful.
