Preparation and What to bring?

In preparation for this trip I acclimatized in Breckenridge (see US minibreaks). Here are some things I needed to know before going:

Plastic bag issues? No

How cold? Wind chill -40

Insulated water bottle? no, but bring hard sided bottle, not soft sided

Malaria? For after climb

Keeping phone charged?

Tip in dollars- $300-500/person, $200-300 more for main guide

Backroads Or vbt (Vermont bicycle trip)

Now foods clear the air

Extra head light

Bring flash light

Tiger balm for under nose
