The "Great Migration"

On day 2, September 11, 2019, I mentioned that one main reason I came to The Serengeti now was to see the Great Migration and was informed that this was the wrong season to see it. I was not happy with my travel operator. My driver told me there would be a quasi-great

migration now near the Kenyan boarder, so we took a six hour round trip drive there.
We were rewarded by seeing a lot of wildebeests and zebras, but it was a long day and we were both exhausted as a result of driving over unpaved and bad roads.
Along the way we crossed a swollen river. The road was almost totally covered.
I don't have a lot to say about the day over and above this, so will just post the pictures. Mostly the animals were Wildebeests and Zebras.
